| I took my car in for a smog inspection. The technician was right on time for my appointment. The work did not take long, and both the mechanic who did the inspection and the technician at the front desk did a good job in explaining the outcome. I appreciated that they also checked the tire pressure. |

| Bought new tires. Took it to this Shell station. Made an appointment. Brought it back on agreed date and time. Alignment done timely. Shared the results with me. Very easy process. Everyone pleasant to deal with. Would definitely go back as needed. Also price was fair. |
